1986

Like many, we began as a start-up business.
Our founder Mr. Deepak Bhandari wanted to establish business in IT sector
as a product and a service provider. The company initially affiliated with
several tech giants such as Texas Instruments, Zenith, Xerox, to name a few.
We understood our customers’ needs and the challenges they faced.
Tinnu international has always had the entrepreneurial spirit at heart.

2008

Under strong leadership, the company expands. With the market moving away from tape based media Mr. Deepak foresaw this decline and focused on Indian Television and Cinema industry. Major breakthrough was acheived when Sony awarded Tinnu International as the distributor in India for Cinema. Breaking all the records, we were the number one distributor in India in terms of sales, market development and team, and one of the top distributors in the world in terms of inventory. We were then offered distribution for several other products.

2014

Over the next 6 years, we target high-growth markets and
diversifies the company’s business portfolio, acquiring
more distributor rights , including Carl Zeiss. Carl
Zeiss, branded as ZEISS, is a German manufacturer of
optical systems, and industrial measurement and medical devices,
founded in Jena, Germany in 1846 by optician Carl Zeiss.
This year marked our focus on cinema industry in totality.

2018

We define a new corporate strategy focused on new
product and strategic joint ventures for national dominance.
Tinnu International gets distributor rights for Red Digital Cinema
is an American company that manufactures digital cinematography cameras and accessories.
